TOGETHER IT HAPPENS
Find comfort and care in times of loss and grief.
Compassionate Community Center
We belong. We take care of each other.
Experience re-imagined holistic care focused on community.
Our Compassionate Community Center introduces a non-medical, community-developed and delivered holistic care model that unites the community in providing compassionate comfort and care through the experiences of loss, dying, death, and bereavement.
By fostering community involvement and education, we aim to ensure that everyone receives the support they need during these challenging times, driven by collective effort and accessible to all.

Community Support + Programs
Our Center is built on community-delivered care, support, and education—bringing together the unique skills of community members and specialized expertise to provide compassionate services through dying, death, and bereavement. Join us in creating a compassionate community. Explore how we can support, guide, and empower you.

Community Resources
Our Center offers a welcoming space for learning, reflection, and holistic support. Here you’ll find essential resources to guide you through life’s most critical times. With a valuable assets, a reading room, and access to NicBluCaresNOW, you can easily explore local support services, connect with people and groups, and discover activities that nurture health, belonging, and well-being.

Community Partners
The Compassionate Community Center partners with civic, health, and community organizations to strengthen a culture of compassion and care. Together, we work to ensure that no one faces grief, loss, or end-of-life challenges alone.
By engaging the public, sharing knowledge, and learning from one another, we nurture connection, reduce isolation, and create pathways to healing and well-being—for individuals, families, and our entire community.
End of Life Doulas
walking beside you with compassion, presence and care.
Our End of Life Doula Collaborative is a community of trained doulas who provide non-medical, holistic support to individuals and families navigating dying, death, and grief. Our doulas offer guidance, comfort, and companionship—helping to ease fear, honor wishes, and create meaningful moments during life’s most tender transitions.
